Is there a way to delete a client profile by me (the Agent) or the client themselves?
At present, it is not possible to completely delete client accounts on Xomio. However, as the website owner, you have the option to archive the account for your own records and CRM organization. Please note that even after the account is archived, the client will still be able to log in to their account.
