How do I navigate billing and payment information?
To update your billing information and payment methods on Xomio, follow these steps:
Navigate to the billing management page:
- Click on "Settings" on the left sidebar.
- Select "Billing & Subscriptions" from the tab menu.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section.
Update billing information:
- From the billing & subscriptions management page, you can update various billing information.
- Look for the relevant fields or options to update your billing details, such as billing address, contact information, or tax information.
- By default, your payment method is added when you subscribe to a Xomio plan.
- To add a new payment method and make it the default for future payments:
- Click on "Add Card" under the Billing & Subscription section.
Enter your card information as requested.
Remove a payment method:
If you need to remove a payment method from your account:
- Navigate to the Billing and Subscriptions page.
- Look for the section related to cards.
- Click on the three dots icon next to the card you want to remove.
- Select the "Delete" option.
