What happens if the card fails during renewal?
Xomio has a system in place to handle failed payments. When a payment fails, you will receive a notification from Xomio. Our system will make three automatic attempts to charge your payment method over a three-week grace period. During this time, you have the opportunity to update your payment method in the system. If the payment is not successfully processed within the grace period, the system will automatically cancel the subscription. This allows agents a reasonable amount of time to resolve any payment issues and ensure uninterrupted service.
